Joint Venture

Forming a joint venture with an established company that has a channel to market and a client base ready for the technology is often an effective solution for commercialising IP.

The Technology Transfer Office will negotiate the terms of any joint ventures including the license or assignment of IP. The agreement and its justification will be presented by the TTO to the IADT Enterprise Committee for approval and signature by the Director of Finance.
