IADT Library in collaboration with the Institute of Technology Libraries Consortium delivers access to this significant ebook collection comprising 51,000 titles. IADT users have access to a broad range of academic disciplines, examples of which are:
- Business and Economics
- Education
- Fine Arts
- Language and Literature
- Media
- Law
- Life Sciences
The biggest advantage to the Ebrary technology is that IADT users can access electronic books one page at a time. Previously users had to download an entire eBook to see one page.
Ebrary facilitates access to just one page, or a few pages, if that’s all that is relevant to the search. If you prefer you can link from that page directly to relevant pages in other books or the entire 51,000 titles!
How can I access Ebrary?
IADT users can access Ebrary from home or off campus by simply using your ATHENS login and password. It’s as simple as that! If you do not have ATHENS access or you are not sure how to use ebrary, please email infolib@iadt.ie and we will get back to you with help and it’s all free to you as an IADT valued user.
You can also access the site directly by going to http://site.ebrary.com/lib/iadt and signing in there with your Athens login
