As well as the obvious facilities offered by the Library, we also provide:
Photocopying
There are three photocopiers/printers based in the Library. Two of which provide colour-copies and colour prints. These are operated by through the campus wide student print system, based around the Student ID card and associated credits the card holds. Students can increase their credit by topping up at the Print Top-up machine on the ground floor of the Library and there is also one close to the student Health Centre in the Atrium building.
ICT facilities
There are approximately 70 computers in the Library, both PC and Mac. You can access electronic subscriptions, online journals and the Internet. Various software packages allow you to perform a range of tasks, from word processing to photo editing. All computers are connected to the networked printing system.
Copyright
Your attention is drawn to the Copyright and Related Act, 2000 and the consequent regulations which update the law on the making of photocopies of library materials.
TV-Video Machines
We have 12 video and television units including wide-screen and DVD facilities. Headphones can be obtained at the Issue Desk when you present your Student Card.
